With the exception of folks like some of us, most people search for a house in a very specific area.However, I do see huge value in having open, easy access to both listings and sold data.

The easy rule is -- if it means talking with a person about anything having to do with real estate you can't do it.

Assuming they are goint to be honest, it is easy to run a MLS report on yourself showing sales, days on market, percent of listed price, etc.

Business Card Rules:1.Hand out ten a day (to ten Different people) 2.Number them 1-103.Don’t be Shy4.Everyone is a prospect5.Hand them out yourselfNetworking It’s easy, it’s fun and dang it you have to do it.

I just see more profit for such an easy rehab.
