Being a good wholesaler is probably the toughest job in real estate investing.

Occupancy has improved a lot since then. 5% actual with 5% economic might be more realistic for 2016. incremental rent growth after the property is stable is 2%I think we can safely assume a 3% growth rate going forward due to high demand and low supply (depends on your area). 

Kathryn Wilson is now at Chicago Title and she does an excellent job with assignments, double closing, or anything an investor would need or want.

I pay by the job, not the hour. 

I look at it like this, a real estate agent gets paid to be a real estate agent, a contractor gets paid to be a contractor, and my accountant, lawyer, etc all get paid to do their job.  

"Full time" job with lots of free time.
