The owner apologized, but they still received their monthly fee regardless if we received rent from them.  

Makes it completely unusable for this purpose.This is specific to the mobile version - if I'm on my laptop or desktop, using Chrome, it works fine.I'm new to BP, so apologies if this is the wrong forum for this sort of feedback.Joel

Just wanted to clarify and apologies if I'm incorrect, which has happened to me at least one other time :)Love to hear others views on this!

Finally, the last 12 months i have i refinanced most of my stuff into favorable loans that maybe i can take a second and somehow tap this equity to do deals in this impending buyers market.

My APOLOGIES to those NOT in that situation .Got out of the service back in Late 60's .grew up in a Very Rural part of Conn. lots of Dairy farms in the area .really did NOT have a pot to "P" in but was very very interested in Real Estate . really NO such thing as mentorship back then .I was lucky to get on with UPS in their early expansion ,I think at the time they were in 13 states .tried college but NOT my thing .

This is a new thing for me so I apologize if I'm leaving something out.
