Working for a top producing agent or real estate investor sounds ideal but I just don't know where I would find the best fit.

I received my first share this past fiscal year, and although I'm not 100% vested (still got three more years) -- I have been doing some research and was curious if a PST program is transitional to a self-directed IRA, or is there any way I could leverage this to invest in real estate?

I have been using direct mail with a very small list for the past few months and plan to keep doing it but have yet to do a deal.

@Tim Marquess if she wants to stay in the property until she finds another place, direct her to the Airbnb site and tell her to make reservations.  

I also want, ideally, the same bank to not have a limit on the number of properties.  

If you are paying the workers directly I feel that you need to have a workers comp. policy in force.

Hi Mike, there are pro's and con's of working direct with listing agent.  

Ideally, I'm going to wait until it's more of a buyers market to try to find better deals, but for now $200/month is my trigger to go look at the property.
