5.1% is not high in my area. i recently got 4.5% but that's because i have good credit and a good relationship with the banker.

I ended up placing those loans elsewhereBut lastly I find it humorous  that some of the responses are ( Hey the rate was 6% or 7% that is highway robbery) these are obviously post from those who have short lives in RE investing.. 6 to 7% fixed non recourse financing historically is fabulous .

Some have trillions of deposits annually.If you want more personal service a smaller bank that thrives on the relationship might be more willing to help.Big banks I have just never had the best luck with.
