Note* Cypress fencing is no longer available since the Wuhan Flu outbreak.Currently, these scrub trees growing taller exceeding my boundary just feet from the rear of my pool cage.The side neighbor (rental house)  has a large oak tree towering high with branches exceeding  my fence and rapidly reaching for the pool area.

A very high percentage of my tenants (in fact, almost all of them) were single mothers.

Based on your goals, experience level, and my assumption that high earning w-2s tend to be demanding of your time, I actually think that there are better ways for you to offset your w-2 income.

This tenant has been a pain in the *** and high maintenance from the get go, but we are stuck with them.  

Being in the STR space, it has been really good crafting descriptions and auto messages that can be used to create a listing on airbnb, your own website and guest communication messages

There is a vetting process for members, which helps to keep the quality high, but a downside is that it's not as big as other groups. 

I feel this would be a much higher cost due to the high level of labor needed.Thoughts?
