This will be great for Kyle.The Domain in Austin is nice place because of the type of shops and restaurants (and architecture) it has.Something like this will be great for Kyle.I think the people of Kyle will have a much better lifestyle because of it.A Golden Corral Buffet would be nice there too.

And that's kind of why I wanted an appraisal to get an idea.Okay please hear me out - my arguments are:1) Small guest house or bed & breakfast are very small business just like small restaurants with 10 tables that owners often manage it themselves.

@Sandra Jorgensen that is a tough to answer broadly because within the local municipalities of Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park you have some areas that are developed and have established neighborhoods and commercial installments (retail, restaurants, etc) and some areas, many in fact, are still developing.
