They want to try to get a national chain retailer in there as an anchor to maximize their asset value. 

There are a lot of people grabbing listings from brokers and attempting to insert themselves in the chain these days.If you do find a deal worth moving forward on but you can't do it yourself, it's best to leverage relationships you already have.

I think the loaded, cocked Sig semi auto I ran over three times while mowing the lawn and uncovered more each time I did it (it was just past my chain link fence and where I turned the mower around in same spot) was more exciting than taking down the huge mirror on living room wall and finding a 4'x6' opening into the garage (for heating and AC transfer I suspect) or that literally there were 21 2x4's completely missing in action on the whole back wall after trying to repair an interior wall crack that kept reappearing by a window sill.

I have about 4/10 acres of undeveloped land behind my new commercial building and we do not plan on using it for 3 to 5 years.I am throwing this out to see what ideas or successes members have had in utilizing Rall land for temporary uses for cash flow.I am looking into having temporary chain link fencing put up and making it a storage area for 6-8 RVs and campers, but I’m open to other ideas members have as well.
