Several of my tenants reached out explaining that ZELLE is imposing a $500 weekly limit for non-member banks -- The problem is that most of my rents are ~$1500.I own/manage 16 doors in the Chicago area, to say this is super frustrating would be an understatement.

I hear the frustration in your last post and personally I am not "hammering" anyone (and I didn't get that impression from anyone else's post),  however the reality is this property may not be the right one for you.

On top of that he's had to do cash for keys already for previous renters, took a hit on a month's rent for one unit and is chasing rent checks in one of his two rented units, so it's no cake walk getting paid or turning these things over either, from what I've heard.Last, because of all this frustration he wants to turn the property over to a management company.
