I am putting in lower cost washer and dryers and refrigerators in a small apartment building just because I do not want the wear and tear on the new flooring we are putting in with the tenants moving in their own heavy appliances.

I'm concerned about the water sitting under the floor.

He normally rents it for $1100.All I have to do is clean, perform minor repairs, and paint the property.

I have not personally been in the basement in the last week, but am hearing that the water is seeping through the wall slowly where the floor and wall meet.

For example, I have a duplex with bowed/uneven floors when i first bought it, reminded me of alice in wonderland (because of the crazy appearance, tons of bunnies that burrowed there, tall hedges, and lots of greenery) so i call it wonderland.

If it was a meth lab, it probably isn’t worth cleaning up - it’s a tear-down.

We also added a second bathroom on the first floor.
