In the meantime, I'm renting an apartment, and my lease is up in June.There are a couple of blue collar suburbs of Cleveland that I've been exploring and would be perfectly happy to live in.

The Plan: I need to get an estimate from a reputable mold remediation company to see what the cost would be, but even at $20,000 (a hopefully high estimate) the numbers look pretty good to us.  

@Tim Jensen Since I am planning to be actively involved with the properties, I am initially exploring properties within 45 minutes driving distance from Schaumburg.

So I'm open to exploring SFRs, condos, and MFs within 45min driving distance of central Dallas.

Is anyone familiar with details about these programs and what options might be available to explore?

Hello Everyone - i'm currently exploring house flipping opportunities in Atlanta, GA and i'm looking to join a house flipping/rehab REIA in the local Atlanta area to network with local investors.  

So I am trying explore possible financing options.I have traditional banks ready to lend, if I can get over the difficulties of obtaining an appraisal.  

I haven't explored buying distressed in Weehawken.I find Jersey City a great town to invest.  

I'm not trapped in this deal and I still have a few contingencies, but I know it works well and I want to get off the sidelines and get in the game.Are there any strategies I haven't explored?

I will definitely explore all avenues available to me.
