The swapping the Title back and forth is just an "excuse," in my opinion, by the residential lenders, who are on commission and have no duty to protect the LLC's corporate veil, to sell you a loan.

If you don't know a question, just say "hmm, let me ask my broker", and  call or text a mentor that does know...but this shouldn't be an excuse to jump into the space knowing nothing, because no one wants to hire a "know nothing."

If it is, this is a steal at full ask price.Also, many lenders through out a very low interest rate to get your biz, then raise it on you with any excuse they can think of, so expect to pay 6.75%-7.25% for a NOO loan.
