Do things like listening to the webinars that Josh suggested above while debriefing the experience so that once you have all the knowledge to embark on that kind of transaction you also have the resume to inspire confidence in investors and lenders. 

This is my first time in REI and not confident enough to make the fist move.

(Yes, I do like to engage in hyperbole, but you get the point!)  

I am looking to refinance a home I own and have engaged a new lender, primarily because they quoted a much lower rate than the lender I typically work with.Opened a loan app with a lender in early February.

This forum appeared multiple times after searching on Google as a good point of reference and it seems to have more people engaged in this niche so I figured I might as well join haha.  

I'm looking forward to the day we can confidently make those moves.  

When they ask people from other countries what do they think of Americans...common responses are they are optimistic, confident, louder, friendly and shop/consume more than any other cultures.

I know the easy answer is "deals closed," but what I'm really looking for is what metric would allow you to simply focus on doing what you do best without needing to worry about generating and nurturing leads.For a bit more context, I'll be coming in and automating my clients path to purchasing new deals by generating leads, engaging with these leads to learn more about the property and their situation, scheduling inspections/consultations, delivering offers, getting what's needed to close, even getting reviews after the purchase.
