@Paul Smith I would recommend you talk to the lawyer who helped you set up the LLC. 

I always recommend that investors hire an experienced lawyer to do the first one for them.

It will also depend on what state you are in as to whether it will be cost effective or not.

It sounds like you're working without an agent so I'd hit up a lawyer for an hour of their time and make sure you've got an out if you so desire one.
