Yes @Daniel Ahern, structuring is something you see a lot when people are trying to launder illegally gotten money or people that win big at the casino and don't want to have to pay taxes on their winnings.

If you find good deals, the income should be able to easily cover the debt service and expenses making the relative risk of owning that debt minimal. 

This has been a project we have wanted to do for years but just not easily knowing the right person for the job it has been kicked down the road.

It's not coming to be very easily.  

You can easily get double digit returns on properties in Indy.  

If they pay early, you win and they win.
