I had to call a plumbing company a few months ago to replace an exterior faucet. $60 trip and labor and $18 for a $6 faucet, I was out of town, oh well!

First the basement had an arrempted breakin, then plumbing backing up in one of the apartments, refrigerator not working in another apartment.

I if I rent ready to low income tenants, I figure I’d net $5k less in rents annually with greater maintenance/management hassle without improvements to plumbing/HVAC/etc.I’m trying to get this done with FHA or conventional financing.

So before you can plumb or put in electric you need yoru framing approved so you don't have to move lines if you have to redo framing.

I happened to mention this to a worker in the plumbing section of Home Depot and he said it was "BS" and that I should use the putty/tape.Has anyone else used these faucets?
