PM's typically due charge between 8-10% and sometimes do take the first months rent to cover advertising and related expenses BUT all of those fees are Negotiable and in-fact should be Negotiated to best suit you and your property.

You can see  that Oil prices started to drop in September-October 2014 and the effect was felled in October - November 2015, where we have double digit drop in the sales of homes.

<-- This guy received zero vetting prior to being allowed to put "lender" next to his name, so no there is no vetting that I'm aware of.It could just be paid advertising to be on that list/tab, or there could be vetting for it, IDK.However:If the dude does more than X mortgages per year, he's supposed to be licensed or registered (I've never been anywhere near that threshold and was licensed before I did my first, so don't know what X is).You can click on my profile, look at my email address, figure out my full name in about 3 seconds, and look me up on the NMLS Consumer Access website.

Now in any advertising that I do, it only talks about the property and says absolutely nothing about the type of tenant we're looking for since you can't advertise for 'young professional' or 'mature female/ male'.
