The site survey is necessary for establishing setbacks for the building envelope and topographic information for the design if there is a slope.

It's a revolving door,, If you choose to do this rent by the room, you will need to put a room number on each private room so if you ever have to file a eviction the room is designated,, I would suggest the electronic key pad type lock for main entry and one for each private room so easy to change codes.

But, we manage over 1,000 units, so we have all the features unlocked.  

Our managing broker is a fabulous mentor and our Designated Broker is a great resource as well.  

Nonetheless, I don't mind a bit of redundancy as it's also somewhat of a backup to a certain degree...Airtable seems to constantly add new features.

Plus, as a designer, I want to see the project completed,  at least on this one. 

Designate spot for parking, I'd include all utilities and put rent amount to cover that..internet cable you'd have to figure out what's there now.. 

It isn't always the most accurate site, but it is free to join, and has many other great features as well. 

If the property is included in a Trust,, and you were the trustee (executor) of the trust and the trust was set up as in it's design to have the property be as part of a rental business then as long as it's generating income you can justify keeping the property,, If their are other beneficiaries and the property isn't generating income they could basically demand the property be sold so they wouldn't lose any more money.. 

But LOCs are designed for short term use.
