I agree with you on the conversion of hotel to multifamily, and it would pose a tangible solution to the affordable housing crisis.

What are some inexpensive ways to replace or repair a walkway? 

My old tenant moved out and he never complained about a minor issue a loose knob , my new tenant moved in and it seems to me like he wanted to take control the hard way by using a plier and that worsened the problem it can cost upto $200 just to call a plumber , I will try to see if there are any diy solutions.

Real Estate Express pops up a lot when I am doing research for schools but they seem to have some serious mixed-bag reviews from both people the best solution ever to outdated and poorly written.

I respond, “no problem, I’ve got a $50 immediate solution for you...” they’ll choose the immediate solution every time.

That is where your customers are, so that is where you want to be.

The way I do business is I genuinely try to help people, ethics carry a lot of weight in my solutions, so not taking advantage of anybody, all involved parties will know what's what at all times. 

Hope this works out for you but it's truly not your problem to solve and by offering them a solution that they can fund, you are covering your bases.
