Rate is 6.175% estimated mortgage is $2,900 a month.Older Property: Toano3b/2.5ba 1760 sq priced at $330KNot including any incentives but using the 6.175% rate.estimated mortgage $2,420 a monthMy current job will require me to move within the next 24 months max up to NoVA and we are looking to live around Ashburn,Va where rent is about 2.7k+. 

I purchased 2 duplexes in Morningside, Wayne County, #Detroit, Michigan (zip code 48224) February 2024.I am also an #Out of state investor.Both are currently going through repairs and updates necessary for the city of Detroit to give me the Certificate of Compliance for rental units.

I check county records, tax records, current appraisal from the local municipality, and check for comps in the local are with respect to the properties condition.
