Hello, I recently located a new construction property that was built using helical piers from the start.

One company I have seen success with being used is Waivo Insurance for STR. 

If you are looking for no money down deals thats where I would start.

In the past, when I spoke with these companies they wanted to get a judgment.

Recently in the mail I received a letter from a mortgage company telling me i could get $48k and bring my mortgage payment down from $3600 to $3000.

I was told by my closer today that she cannot Quit Claim the Deed into an LLC, but said it would have to be a warranty deed because they cannot prepare as the under writers came down on title companies as it is seen as practicing law.  

But… you could ask for a bank statement and/or a cellphone bill from say, 3 months after the other residency is supposed to have started.

I looked for months, and looked at SFH, apts, houses on leased land, mobiles homes and everything that was cheap because I had so little money and had just started a new entry level job 9 months earlier. 

Also make sure you have a great property insurance company to give you quotes.
