I've been on analyzes paralysis for while now, I was actually collecting all the list to do cold calls and door knocking for this week.

I have used these for direct mail and cold call campaigns and have had some success, but many of the mail pieces get returned or never see the actual owner's hands. 

Hi, When you first started wholesaling real estate, did you purchase a cold calling skit?

I know from growing up in Cleveland and my dad owning rental properties that the winter is the worst time to find a renter because people don't want to move in the snow/cold.  

We’re probably wasting our time hunting down and cold-calling ownership of those larger assets.

. :)Drive around and find vacant retail spaces, contact the landlords by cold calling and boom, the negotiation begins. 

If you allow a lead to go cold just find a way to become a direct response marketer again.

My residential client cold calls always want a 'fixed guaranteed price'...what they and all my other clients get are pricing for items 1, 2, 3 and time and materials or a la cart pricing for the extras.

BTW, I searched for press releases, nothing so far.
