If that's what you mean, there are several posts here on BP about who likes what kind of software.Some use Quicken, some use Quicken Property Manager (or it's called something similar to that), some use Quickbooks, some use Rent Manager and a whole host of other applications.

I use my camera phone to remind me which house is which when I drive properties and I keep all my forms and files in the cloud and access them from anywhere I can get cell service or grab unprotected wifi.
