Hi there, My husband and I live in Northern Baltimore county, MD with our 2 children thigh or real estate activities have been primarily in Anne Arundel county.We have been buy and hold investors since 2004.  

We also had to explain why we received such large tax refunds every year we adopted (for international adoption of children with special needs, there is a one time ~$13,000 per child credit from the IRS to help offset the cost of the adoption.) 

I currently rent a house with my husband and two small children.
