If you plan on finding stuff in Maastricht, you'll have a hard time though, or you'll at least have to look outside of the city central regions.South Africa sounds interesting, though.

What is your max offer price on:3BR/1BA, 1,000+ sq ft, 35 yrs old SFR, all electric, central air, all brick SFR.

Do you think central laundry will be a major problem finding renters?  

I was looking at the central Florida area.  

I'm a newbie, but have done extremely well with my personal real estate investments, interested in opportunities for small multi-families in Southeastern Michigan and Gulf Coast central Florida.
