With the new year, lots of people are looking at starting their real estate journey, but they are trapped by "analysis paralysis".

Dude if you were born in this country and or have gained legal citizenship, you have every right to put a purchase contract on anything your heart desires and turn around and sell that contract to anyone your heart desires.

Coming from someone born and raised in the Carolinas and who works full-time in the Smokie Mountain market as an agent/investor you won't really be able to find anything worth owning in those primary markets. 

I don't know if you're from the Tulsa area, but I was born, raised, and lived in Oklahoma until I was 25.

There will be plenty of opportunities and traps in the market so take your time.
