Would this be viewed as discriminating against those receiving unemployment, SS, etc.?

My current home has views of uptown and I also have a quarter acre lot and am in walking distance to the NFL stadium, NBA arena, new minor league baseball stadium and a host of restaurants the theater, and museums.Seversville is the adjacent neighborhood where we are building 6 new bungalow homes.

If you have viewed the house and don't see any major problems then $14K is probably pretty strong.
