My current home has views of uptown and I also have a quarter acre lot and am in walking distance to the NFL stadium, NBA arena, new minor league baseball stadium and a host of restaurants the theater, and museums.Seversville is the adjacent neighborhood where we are building 6 new bungalow homes.

One could argue that minimal property management roles such as placing advertising, screening tenants and things of that nature fall into this category, and there is a lot of support for that within the tax community  You clearly cannot compensate yourself for such activities, and you would not want to end up in a situation where a significant amount of time and energy goes into these activities or you could be viewed as providing services to the plan.

Just be sure to check your local housing code.Jaclyn Unlikely it will be viewed as discriminatory housing in Ontario, but quite probable it will be seen as a rooming house and, if that area of London is not zoned for rooming houses, he could have a regulatory issue.The other Dylan will encounter is with {conventional} financing.
