I don't think it's risky putting your deals on BP (without the address) like you did for help with Analysis.

Employment verification direct with their employer (require a corporate email address) should give written record of their employment and confirm no change expected considering the pandemic.It can delay a decision but making sure you have a process in place and check all the boxes before a decision is key.Thanks,DM

After the year is up, and your primary postal address hasn't changed throughout, what can anyone then say, if you wish to change your primary address and apply for a new loan then? 

If you don’t know the exact address find something close and use the map feature to look around until you find the parcel.

Do you have the address of the property?  

It will give you insight of the overall condition of the property and repairs that should be addressed ASAP.

@Allen Phelps you should be able to just look up the property tax record and find the owner and the address that the tax bills are mailed to.

We came across an house that we love but it turns out in order to buy the house, we need to purchase the dupex (separate address)next door as they are deeded together.

@Leonard LeonThe tax assessors office in your town/city would have a name and address of current owner.
