I personally hate talking on the phone, but it was necessary for me to achieve a particular goal of getting MLS lists from property managers and relators and also building a relationships with realtors OOS.  

Because of the goals I have - unfortunately I've lost a bit of friends... but those are the friends that would have otherwise held me down from what I've been wanting to achieve.

@Lionel Miller, hi and welcome to BP.As with any business/investment venture, priority #1 should be to establish a goal and measurable steps to achieve it. 

I am in BC and cashflow is difficult to achieve but if you are playing the long game you will come out ahead.

It is a more independent business model, so it fits highly motivated agents best! 

We will work together to overcome limiting mind sets, create long & short term goals and actionsteps to achieve them, create a vivid vision of what we want our lives to look like and become, we will be able to encourage and hold one another accountable as we embark on our new business ventures.

Reading your post somehow gave me a boost of motivation.

I currently am house hacking a residential MF and looking for the most efficient way to achieve my goal.

I used to think real estate investing was a scam and now I can prove that it works to help people achieve their investment dreams!

Another big motivation for me is to start building a financial safety net for the family.
