Hello All, I have just begun my search for a MF property to house hack in upstate New York (Capital Region - Albany Metro).

I am a real estate investor from Long Island, New York who invests in Cleveland, Ohio.

Does anyone have a contact with a Lender who might be interested in securing a commercial line of credit as an out-of-state investor - living in New York, investing in Connecticut.

I also began to look for investment strategies that can be used in New York City, and soon enough, as you might already guess that it didn’t make sense (at least for me at the time and in the market).

I own New York LLC's which hold property in New York. 

When you refinance your VA loan into a conventional loan, you are doing this to restore your entitlement percentage back to 100%. 

We currently have a hard lender that will release funds for construction and investors from New York.

Does anyone know around what the rate and monthly payments would be for a 15 or 30 year mortgage  28% down on a 700k sale for a SFR

I am from New York but haven't lived there in years so I'm a little out of touch with how far along Cypress Hills is in the up and coming trajectory.
