The problem with these older properties are the more advanced systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows, exterior beautifications etc…If it’s in escrow I’d take those latter issues right off the purchase price, or propose that to the seller.

Also, if you go to the Marketplace and post what you're looking for, a bunch of people will contact you with their proposals.  

Proposing periodic milestones of completion, that would give the option to buy an increasing amount of participation.

However, the proposal by President Joe Biden to implement nationwide rent control is a concern for many economists, real estate experts, and communities.

Henry - I'm not sure the county would let me do A or B but C looks feasible and in line with the proposals I've gotten.

@Bruce Lynn That proposal here in Colorado to tax Airbnbs at the much higher commercial property rate comes up every year and always gets shot down.
