We'e had several clients seeking a second home/rental refuge from harsher climates here to the Oregon Coast this year.

I’ve reached out to Zillow and some third-party listing services, and they informed me that updates must be made through the MLS.My question is: can I ask my realtor to update the property photos on the MLS, or is this something I can do myself?

I see a bunch of people in Boston and South of Boston on this forum and was wondering if there is anyone North of the city.  

Please tell me about your experience.Though I have experience in other areas of RE, this would be my first sub-to deal.   

I would like to have more information on how the mortgage notes work.

Most were born into this and didn’t know any other way.
