Listing agents have more ways to get visibility on the home which in turn can result in less days on market.

Once the rep helps you with this, then you ask for their supervisor (since they make more money on having calls transferred) and promote how well that rep helped you; then, you ask the supervisor for the same thing.This was told to me in a seminar (a guru one at that); however, this is dependent on your personal ability to not spend the CC's.  

We discussed with the contractor and after this fourth payment there was one more payment left to give which I planned on not giving until the house was completely finished.

For investors, this means there may be more flexibility and stability year-round.

There is much less new supply of single family homes, so the rental rates are flat to up a little; this does depend on the neighborhood though, in some of the fringe areas where there is a lot of new single family home construction the rents are a little softer.
