Should I walk away?

As Jared noted, typically you are not able to walk through the properties prior to bidding, which adds risk to the deal.  

Your cash rides the first bus, then transfers to the next, and the next and so on, while your money makes friends with every ride.Ride just one bus, and that bus route has a limit to how far it will take you...then you start walking, meeting fewer friends as you go,...if any. 

I had a realestate agent walk through the home while the tenants were home with the intent of starting the selling process.

(My inspector was garbage but that's a different issue)The appraiser if they had noticed a damaged floor when walking through, could potentially have made that an FHA issue, but since it was only revealed when you started to renovate I doubt they would have.

I don’t want this to hold up my progress.All I’m looking for is someone that I can feed analyzed “deals” or leads to for free in exchange for being able to walk the property while it’s in rehabbed condition and under contract (taking a cue from J Scott’s The Book On Flipping Houses).Since I can’t find anyone at Meetups to network with for the purpose of the above, where else should I look?

At this point I’m contemplating walking and finding a new lender.
