If the weather is cold enough to be a problem you can't leave it dewinterized overnight.

A perfect escape to hike, bike, fish, camp, raft, paddle etc. 

@Chad S. looking over the list of folks responding here and the sheer magnitude of collective experience they have, you could literally PM a single one of them and likely double your profitability overnight.

We meet upstairs in the Camp Hill Giant (the one off of 15) the first Thursday of the month at. 

And, I agree with Joe, when your expectations of profits are reasonable in the market, if you just think you're looking for some double your money over night type deal, you'll have pie on you face.

I recently left Washington but it was my investing boot camp and gave me the tools to be free!

We camp up in Verlot at least once a year and love it up there.

I don’t have examples because I focus on brrr but often I get leads or see opportunities like this in my market and I often think if more investors were in the traditional 20% down camp + open to minor value add they would open up a door to further possibilities 

It doesn't happen overnight, it doesn't happen by wishing, it doesn't happen by studying.
