I do remember for sure that he said if i advertise on my vehicle that I can then claim 100% of expenses instead of only getting a percentage of the expenses.I remember him saying something about a car allowance to now that you mention a W-2.My vehicle is a truck which is obviously needed when rehabbing houses.Also, as a robot programmer ( my company as well) I travel to multiple locations and drive to those places when the job is located in Michigan.

Kristine Marie PoeI'm not an expert (nor a lawyer) in this area so all I can tell you is what I know (or think I know), and this is all regards CA.I think all notes are recourse unless there is language in the note to the contrary ... subject to CA law that says a purchase money loan foreclosed non-judicially cannot obtain a deficiency judgment.

@Matt Perdue , here in Michigan you have to have owned the property for 1 year before banks will do a cash out refinance or equity line of credit on them.Check with your local banks as your area may be different.
