You need to see everything,  not good that your inspector could not access garage.  

I sent the inspector back out to just text me photos from his phone so I could see them better.

The top 5% of agents do most of the work and those are the ones you want to work with.Ask real estate lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors for referrals.

Primarily GFCI outlets or water conserving fixtures is what an inspector would look for.

Hey everyone, i got my eyes n ears open if anyone can or would recommend a thorough home inspector/appraiser in the milwaukee area.

Forgive my lack of knowledge, but when can I legally bring an inspector or contractor onto the property?

That is my fear, I actually need to go look at the place and do a walk-through with an inspector to uncover "the undesirables".

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.
