I have done this more with ceilings than anything due to cutting down on the mess but the concept works both ways. 

After you've put your work and money into finding that deal....Its a 2 way street its bad blood, all the way across the board, they way some of you cry youd never make it in California, REIn is cut throat to the core...from the newbie wholesaler, to the slick talking agent, the crooked investor, and the greedy banks....

I realize some areas that might be $750 but still that is cutting it close.
