Hey Bryan,I think that a 50/50 split is fair after you have pulled back out your entire investment plus any holding costs that accrued over the timeframe.Does this person you know have a good track record of doing rehabs and managing the projects?

When I lived in Cleveland 13 years ago, we left bc it literally was a rust bucket city.

I'm up in Bryan, Texas, but spend some time down in Port Mansfield and Zapata.

If they are rusting/corroded all the way through enough to be leaking, they need to be replaced.
