I did the liquid Termidor treatment on 3 duplexes I have in Tallahassee and it worked great, that was a year ago now and no issues since. 

I dated them back from the beginning of this year to now. 

Simply replying "I am just looking for now" is honest, and enough to stop the questions. 

I am in a really good spot right now, but would love to know how others have found properties for low enough prices.

but for me I am just about done with this project and dont have another one behind it right now.
