@Ibrahim HughesHope u around, I found a property in Fairmount area of newark Nj , rough area from what I know .50k lien , 30 k to seller , 50 k work .

I will be out of town those dates.maybe catch U in NC  I have projects starting in Charlotte and of course I have been building in Charleston for 6 years now..

Aso there can easily be turnover when a  new property manager, comes in and wants to use his guy etc, with rentals if a tenant leaves u just put someone else in.

Hello all,I have a question regarding a subject to.If one were to acquire the title of a house on a sub2 and the property had substantial equity, of course it would make sense to flip; however, i am looking to hold this property. the question is: How do u take care of the mortgage that is in the sellers name?
