Do they use a card system or coins? 

Since the property runs on a septic system, currently we have a septic company look at it, they found that the plumber didn't replace the entire sewer line as he promised.

Plug the coax into a nice WIFI router, with good USB/Ethernet ports, and stream to the TV, or even in a pinch, a $35 Rasberry PI, plugged directly into the HDMI port of the TV, will catch the WIFI signal, and bypass the garbage most TV's come with as far as an operating system.

The previous owners have basically remodeled the home except for a few finishing touches (kitchen remodel and bath tub still need to be put in) and the HVAC system (it has not be put in (they have all of the materials, just haven’t put it in)).

They have great in-person service and a robust online banking system. 

Alternatively, you can sign up for an online rent collection system that can accept ACH or Credit cards.

We have a guy in India who does a fine job and is so inexpensive I would literally be stupid to do it myself.Set these systems in place early.

I thought I had a leak but have had the whole system looked at and nothing was found.

IT is costing me about $24,000 to do this because I have to bring the electrical system in both apartments up to current code, plus buy new HVAC units and all new ductwork separating the units and water heaters.
