., you might be re-releasing residue in the process.Also, it is a very wet process that is likely to cause bubbling on paint, vinyl flooring, cabinets, etc., and any porous material will need to get thrown out (carpet, curtains, etc.).

I think doing a Lonnie Deal or Land Home deal is a great way to get your feet wet understanding mobile home construction, repairs, finding qualified contractors, knowing how much to pay, etc and positions one well for those things as part of Park Ownership.Many Parks have Park Owned Homes as part of an acquisition, so it's difficult to say as a Park owner you will never have to deal with them!

A good detailer should be able to get that off with compound or wet sanding.I think a full detail for a car runs about $2-300 by me and I'm in NJ but it depends on where you are in NY.As far as doing work on a house before you own it you shouldn't do that.

But a few things I see that are easy VE opportunities. 1) mirror unit layouts so bathrooms/kitchens in adjacent units share a wet wall 2) located bathrooms so they are as close to kitchen drains as possible 3) place sinks and washers where their drains can utilize a vent stack to connect instead of going through the slab and connecting underground.There may also be structural cost savings within the layouts, but there's just not enough detail to see those elements here.

Wait for it to cure, then sand it down with heavier grit sandpaper until you are close to flush with the surface, then switch to wet/dry sandpaper in progressive grits to about 2000 grit.
