I just learned about the Bigger Pockets Podcast TONIGHT and I've listened to 3 videos already.

Pete Moriello at Advantage Reality was given the property to list on a Tuesday, he had a professional take pictures and video (on his dime) on a Friday, an open house Sunday and on Monday I had 3 offers at and above asking.

Hello BP universe    I have listened to 30+ BP podcasts and YouTube videos in the last 30 days (that is a part of my daily goals - 1 podcast, analyze 3-5 deals, read something, currently wrapping up the BRRRR book). 

I've also found YouTube videos in the vein of, "Things I wish I would've known when I started" to be incredibly useful. 

Look at DIY videos like This Old House to get the existing double hung ones to open and close properly while you wait.Did you get a home inspection when you bought the place?

Back then, they didn't let us record video during the session and tons of discount and offer at the end of the session.

Sure you’ll have to work your butt off in the beginning, maybe you watch 100 YouTube videos and spend the better part of a year putting sweat equity into a property.

I was looking at wholesale tips/videos to provide a funding path, but for now I'm looking to buy cheap for the first property.Would there be any greater benefit to pre-approval loans vs cash options?
