Can you stomach going over budget, time delays, and having to pay the mortgage without any income coming in from the property?

We've been paying our cleaners time & a half to work on major holidays so I'm looking to find a solution that is less expensive and more accommodating to our team.Does anyone have a scalable solution to prevent guests from checking in & out on holidays?

I'd probably try adding on the bottom since there is more meat to the square profile there to connect to...but I'd trust your chosen professional. 

You might start making contact with small bank lenders and bank trust officers.  

So, I wonder if one could convince them to connect it and monitor it . . . it gives feedback on their water usage so they may be interested in knowing since they are paying the water bill.

I have a high credit score, good income, and money in the bank, but I have been having a difficult time finding a DSCR lender I feel like I can trust.

I'm not trying to pay for what I don't need but I would like to be fully covered for an affordable price. 

Since it is vacant, this would probably work best with a conventional loan, and the proceeds would be used to pay for the reno + buyout.
