I actually live in California though, so you will have to hit me up the next time you visit the west coast.As far as finding a buyer, it is definitely a little tougher in today's economic climate, but if you are buying your properties for the right price, you should have no problem selling them as you will still be able to offer killer deals to your investors.Investor group meetings are a great way to network and meet legitimate potential buyers for your properties.
