In my experience, these are about as useful as toilet paper & should serve the same purpose.

Surprisingly enough, the most common antagonizing reason I hear also comes straight from Rich Dad Poor Dad - "I could never do that, I don't want to have to worry about fixing toilets at 3 in the morning."

The bathroom is 'operable'... but we still plan to do a major remodel of it later.

In my market, the regular listings are still free, but I tried out their paid rental manager product on a newly remodeled building for $750 for 6 months.

We remodeled our kitchen last year... well the contractor quit shortly after our job to become a realtor.

At the end of the day, this all has risk and sometimes, we need to either "use the toilet, or get off of the toilet".

Otherwise, I'll let someone else take the 2 AM toilet call and take my mail box money.
