I'd love to hear - how did you overcome that & get the buy-in & support of your significant other?

It's currently renting for $1500/ month but needs work and would aim to rent it for $1600- $1650, which is supported by comps in the area.I am currently renting a room on a month to month basis and need my own place, but have not found anything less than $1675/ month when all living expenses are accounted for (rent, utilities, internet).

There's a US Supreme Court decision that supports lifting the stay. 

The key is to go with what environment challenges you, supports you, and lifts you up at the same time, while you being able to do the same for others in the group.

We also can not legally collect/garnish income from anyone one on welfare.The vast majority of professional tenants up here target landlords of SFHs and in many cases drive them into bankruptcy before they move on to their next target landlord all with the full support of our landlord tenant board.

Please let me know if you find a bank that supports this.
