What were some things you saw stress them out or demand a lot of their time urgently?

I love being able to hit the "call" button on the PC and having it pop up on my phone so I can leave a text when they inevitably don't answer.

So the words that exit my lips will be those words which result in them being most likely to click upload buttons, rather than talk more.

There will ALWAYS be people richer/poorer.If you chose to be an investor, just know.. things will go wrong, things will go badly, it will be expensive, it will be stressful,  it's hard work! 

I hit the add to cart button & ship everything to my handyman or cleaners.I send my handyman and/or cleaners images of the renderings & tell them “I ordered you a bunch of stuff - make the room look like this please & send me some updated pics when its complete”The nice thing about this too is the large margin for error when the prices are this low.

Account Closed I definitely agree with you in the sense that working from home allows you to spend more time on productive tasks and eliminate a lot of unnecessary stress.

I'm surprised that they haven't reached out to me as the landlord if they are stressing she can't be at the property, but I guess it doesn't matter if she would use me to try to get back in as the law would supercede that.

Logically, investors will seek out an exit strategy that will for the most part keep their accumulated equity intact while offering more time and less stress for a relaxed retirement.Unlike IRA's and 401k plans where there is little tax relief available for those RMDs (Required Minimum Distributions) Real Estate Investors that have utilized the 1031 to accumulate wealth have a variety of options available for a tailor fitted retirement.

Nothing you can do in a week will make much of a difference, maybe and I stress MAYBE, you could put in upgraded vanities in your bathrooms in that period of time but other than that anything that will make a difference likely requires a GC and more than a week.

This can be a great way to mitigate risk and stress of stock market volatility knowing you have steady income outside the market that should not only be minimally impact by temporary market recessions/corrections but that should see steady increases throughout your retirement.
