About to close on a multifamily property and ill have to start picking out material soon.

Hey BP Community,I have a rental available in a C class neighborhood and my property manager let me know that a mental health organization wants to submit an application.The property is a 3 bedroom SFR and the organization intends on putting in 3 children to start between the ages of 11-17. 

But, quitting your W-2 to become a full time investor without having any real estate assets will make it exponentially harder to get started.

I am new to this but I really need to start investing into my future and single family house for us isn't doing it. 

*Started to network with other investors, agents, and lenders*Looking daily at a small, single market to understand list prices, days on market, price reductions.

Starting LTR investment and working to find good deals.

All the closets are full, garage is full, boxes are stacked against walls, and all furniture is still there (they aren’t moving for a month so I wouldn’t expect anything less.)The listing agent is asking for specific guidance in “how much needs to be cleared.”Even the utility closet is packed with broken tvs and boxes.are you saying a thorough home inspection can be done without clearing anything out?
